About Us
Liquid Chicken is a skateboard company founded by skater, Sarkis Johnson at age 12. At the tender age of one (2 months after he mastered walking) Sarkis was placed upon his father's skateboard and gently nudged down the driveway. To his parent's surprise and relief, he held his balance and glided effortlessly down the driveway, off the curb and into the street perfectly. It was at that moment that his love of skateboarding had begun. By the age of 12, this love had evolved into his present day obsession. Even after multiple ER visits, ICU stays with blood on the brain, broken bones and school grades that left a lot to be desired, nothing could keep Sarkis away from his favorite past time. So, as a 12th birthday present, Sarkis' family pitched in to make a life long dream a reality for him and helped launch his very own skateboarding company in hopes that some day Sarkis would be more successful than Tony Hawk and buy them all an island or something. So you can be confident in knowing that your purchase will not only help a young boy's dreams come true, but also that all proceeds from Liquid Chicken sales will go to La Isla Johnson.
